Laura White, Data management & monitoring

I joined the IBIS-II team in February 2006 in a split role which involved coordinating the blood logistics aspects of the study and also assisting with the data-management aspect of the study. This provided a great platform from which to gain a broad idea of some key parts of the study. In July 2007 I gave up the role of blood logistics coordinator to take on other responsibilities within the CPTU, working on an endometrial cancer prevention study. I am still actively involved in the data management of the IBIS-II study, primarily with data-cleaning, site monitoring visits and pharmacovigilance activities.
