Eligibility Test

The eligibilty test has three parts:

1. We need to know your date of birth. This is because the eligibility criteria questions depend on your age.
2. This asks several questions about you and is used to determine whether or not you may be eligible.
3. If you are likely to be eligible we will ask you for your contact infomation. Your contact infomation will be kept secure and it will not be shared.
